Giving a talk on local food at Gardens

BLUEGREENPROJECT is Scott Dubois, a freelance gardener, designer and educator living in beautiful Austin, Texas USA. Scott specializes in organic edible/native plant gardening, outdoor education, and media for non-profit groups and has worked for a variety of projects including Get Growing Keep Going, the Kinky Friedman for Governor Campaign, Austin Green Art and the Teaching Garden. He graduated from the University of Texas and is a certified Permaculture designer. He is one of the founders of Urban Homestead and is the former garden manager at Fonda San Miguel Restaurant.
